The best way to track your comments across the blogosphere
Backtype is a great way to keep track of all of the comments you make on blogs.
The signup process takes about a minute. You can “claim comments” by entering in the one or more URLs that you use to comment with on other people’s blogs, and then backtype matches these URLs and your email to pull in all of the comments you’ve ever made. It generates a webpage for you with this list, and you can also use one of their widgets to embed this list in another site.
You can sign up for alerts and subscriptions whenever someone creates a comment about a search term you are interested in, or against a blog post you specify.
