Cloud Computing Industry Map
We’ve had a lot of questions from customers about different cloud computing vendors. My last post presented a diagram of an ontology of cloud concerns, including Iaas, Paas, and SaaS. This diagram doesn’t correlate exactly into that ontology, but it does do a create job of organizing some of the main cloud vendors and technologies. If anyone sees something missing or disagrees with the way this is organized, I’d love to hear about it. Here’s the original source.

Great map. Just wondering if Yahoo Pipes (http://pipes.yahoo.com) should qualify as a cloud service or application. Designed to be used as part of an information filtering infrastructure I think. Definitely a great tool.
