David Suydam, President
David’s mission is to attract the best people to Architech—and then keep them motivated. In his words, “Clients give us their big, complex problems. They count on us for their success. We need excellent, excited people to thrive. Our developers are smart and driven; they question every assumption and rise to every challenge. They make us successful.”
David is a seasoned technology consultant and solution architect with over 15 years of real world experience in some of the toughest, most complex, and most aggressive environments. He has helped a variety of clients including RBC, Discovery Channel, TELUS, Rogers and Cogeco.

Jungho Kim, Vice President, Delivery
Jungho is responsible for building top-notch teams (including mentoring, training and motivating his people), overseeing active projects, and guiding technical innovation at Architech. His personal mission is “to build kick-ass software”.
Jungho finds time to speak on technology best practices and to run a number of software engineering courses on Java/J2EE, .NET and various open source technologies at Seneca College. Those courses are now part of Architech’s training program.
In his words: “I love technology. I see so much potential with the right application of technology. But for customers, it’s all about value. That’s why we focus on building solutions that aren’t about the technology itself, but that make sense for each customer.”

Cristina Kim, VP General Manager
Cristina keeps the Architech team working to its full potential. She drives business strategies and long-term objectives and makes sure everything from marketing to company best practices runs smoothly and effectively.
Before Architech, Cristina worked in senior roles with high-growth national companies, including NewAd Media, and Big System Distribution Inc. She also created her own start-up and consulted to several small to medium businesses, taking them to the next level. She regularly speaks to MBA students at the Schulich School of Business about entrepreneurship and operations.
