Solution

• Architech Solutions performed a structured project audit that uncovered serious defects: security was flawed, and the new platform would not scale to the projected traffic volume.
• We built a simple test that demonstrated these shortcomings to the team at MyScreen Mobile.
• We developed a full strategy roadmap to a platform that would perform as MyScreen Mobile investors expected – and we did it in the 15 days before they arrived.
