User Experience

Challenge

  • Visitors to a large metropolitan library were forced to use an antiquated Web application to search for books and research materials.
  • The library asked us, “Can you help visitors search our 11 million items faster and easier?”

Solution

  • We wrote a new search application using Endeca Information Access technology.
  • We helped with user experience (UX) design and testing, and provided recommendations for ongoing improvements.
