Modernized Form Management System with a Cloud Native, Accessible Digital Form Builder for Streamlined Operations

Architech implemented the Digital Form Builder, which smoothly connected Contentful, Adobe Analytics, and Dynatrace. They also utilized Rogers' Java SpringBoot stack. To ensure a hassle-free deployment, they employed Azure DevOps and GitHub.

The result was a streamlined digital system with efficient caching, supported routing via Akamai, and full compliance with WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards. Thanks to the Digital Form Builder, Rogers and Fido product owners found it easy to create, set up, and launch forms with minimal technical resources.

The updated form builder met accessibility and security standards, reducing regulatory concerns and ensuring compliance. Its scalability supported over 45 different use cases for both Rogers and Fido, resulting in substantial cost savings. Additionally, Architech's Accessibility practice team created an Accessibility Feedback form to engage the public and aid regulatory compliance efforts.
