Build AI that companies run on, together.

We build production AI inside real organizations, the kind companies run their business on. We build it with low-ego, high-trust people who care about the work and who you will like working with.

Three things that are different here.

Plenty of companies are hiring for AI right now. Three things you will find at Architech that you probably will not find elsewhere.

Production AI, not sandbox AI.

We ship into messy, regulated, real-world systems, not demos, internal copilots, or research that never leaves a notebook. Our work lives in the environments our clients run their business on.

Ownership, not tickets.

Engineers, PMs, and designers own systems end-to-end inside real organizations. You'll go from whiteboard to production dashboard, not hand off at a spec doc.

AI-first is our operating model.

We don't just build AI for clients, we use it to compress the work of building for them. That means more time on the parts of the job that need a human.

Who you work with matters.

We're technical to the bone. Skill is the floor; it's not the ceiling. Headquartered in Toronto, with teams across Canada, in Poland, and across Latin America. Our people speak 23 languages between them and cover every role from engineering to ops.

Who thrives here ... and who probably won't.

We're better at our jobs when we attract the right people. So, plainly:

You'll probably love it here if...

  • You want to own systems, not just tasks.
  • You like technical depth and high-trust teams in equal measure.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity - work inside complex organizations is messy.
  • You want your code, design, or decisions tied to real outcomes.
  • You want to be the smartest in the room about your craft, and not the smartest in the room generally.

You probably won't love it here if...

  • You want perfectly specified requirements handed to you.
  • You want to build research demos, not production systems.
  • You prefer to work heads-down and avoid cross-role collaboration.
  • "Low ego, high trust" sounds like a lot.

The things you'd ask about on a second interview.

Listing them up front, because you shouldn't have to guess.

Health & wellness

  • $600 yearly wellness/fitness budget
  • Medical, dental, and vision from day 1
  • Virtual healthcare plan

Work-life balance

  • Flexible work location (see hiring requirements per role)
  • Work-from-anywhere policy
  • Additional balance days
  • Focus Fridays - no meetings

Professional development

  • $1,000 yearly learning budget
  • Minimum 3 paid learning days
  • AI Academy access

Financial well-being

  • Canadian RRSP matching
  • Work-from-home allowance
  • Gender pay and promotion equity
  • Certification bonuses

Interviewing can be nerve-wracking. We've tried to make it less so.

Three steps, usually two to three weeks end to end. Here is what each one looks like.

How to apply and stand out.

Apply through the portal. If the fit looks right, a recruiter reaches out. Come ready to talk shop: a production AI system you built or scaled, the constraints, the architecture, what changed because of it. Skip the cover letter. Bring the story.

The interview, and what to expect.

First, a recruiter call about you, your skills, and what you want next. Then a technical deep-dive: no coding riddles, just system design, model reliability, and AI ethics, because we want to see how you think. You meet the hiring manager along the way. Interview us back: our stack, our data pipelines, where we are taking things next.

What we are listening for.

People who think hard and disagree well. Bring questions, push back on our answers, and tell us where you would do it differently. That is the conversation we want to have.

The work we're proudest of is recognized too.

Awards aren't the goal, but third-party recognition is one of the ways candidates can sanity-check what we say about ourselves.
