The AI solutions that transform how work gets done.
Agents, copilots and automation, built into the systems you already run and measured against your numbers.
You want something your people will use every day, not a demo. We build it inside your operation, in your cloud, with the decisions that need a person kept with one. Then we measure it against the numbers you track today.
What we build.
Four kinds of solution cover most of what we are asked for. Each is named for the work it does, not the model behind it.
Decision tools for leaders
Workbenches, scenario comparisons and briefing tools for decisions that recur and matter. It pulls the inputs together across your systems, shows the trade-offs and flags what is uncertain. The people accountable decide faster, with more in front of them.
- Where it shows up:
- Acquisition and investment reviews, pricing and margin calls, capacity planning, executive briefings.
- Who still decides:
- The leader. The tool prepares the decision; it never makes it.
Document and data workflows
Intake, extraction, validation and routing for the paperwork that runs your operation. The AI reads each document, applies your rules, checks it against your records and sends the exceptions to a person. Cycle times fall and the audit trail is complete.
- Where it shows up:
- Contracts, claims, onboarding packages, compliance filings, approvals that wait on a review.
- Who still decides:
- A reviewer, on the exceptions. Routine cases flow through; the ones that matter stop at a desk.
Assistants for service and operations teams
Triage, resolution support and coordination for teams handling volume every day. The assistant sorts what comes in, drafts the first response, pulls the right record and suggests the next step. Your people handle more, with less effort, and the quality holds.
- Where it shows up:
- Customer service, dispatch and scheduling, internal support desks, fulfillment, care coordination.
- Who still decides:
- The agent on the call or the coordinator on the shift. Escalation and override are built in.
Copilots for your own teams
Copilots and knowledge agents for the roles where lost context costs the most. They find the answer in your own documents and systems, prepare the next piece of work and take the repeated steps. Narrow by design, and measured on the time they give back.
- Where it shows up:
- Delivery teams, operations managers, finance and legal, anyone whose day goes to finding what the company already knows.
- Who still decides:
- The person doing the work. The copilot drafts and retrieves; it does not sign off.
Every one of these is a workflow with a number on it.
The app is the part you can see. The value sits in the work around it: who hands off to whom, what gets decided, what it costs today. Build the app without rebuilding the work and you get a demo your people route around.
That is why we do not price a build from a feature list. A two-week Transformation Blueprint shadows the people who do the work, writes down your starting numbers and fixes the Build's price. If you do not accept it, you do not pay for it.
A system that runs live, not a pilot.
The Build ships a working system into your operation - built in your own cloud, in your repository, behind your own access controls. You own the code.
Agents and workflow components
The AI agents, copilots, and supporting automation that run the redesigned workflow. They sort the work, route it, pull the right records, draft the first version, and carry out the routine steps. Each is assembled from patterns already proven running live.
Integration into your core systems
The workflow runs inside the systems you already use: ERP, CRM, the contact centre platform, the document store. The way AI reaches them is verified in Week 1 of the Blueprint, or reused from your AI Foundations Blueprint's Reference Architecture where one exists.
The decisions that stay with a person
The decisions that need a person keep one, with review queues and escalation paths built into the flow itself, not bolted on.
How we verify the result
From day one we measure the redesigned workflow against your starting numbers. We check its answers against a known-good set of examples, and put the results on a dashboard you can watch.
How Outcome Assurance worksIt runs against your real day-to-day workload, keeps a full audit trail, and meets the security standards your own team signs off on.
Azure and Anthropic's Claude are our default stack. We build in your cloud, in your repository, behind your own access controls. Google Cloud or AWS where your platform requires it. You own the code.
After go-live you get four weeks of Hypercare, then a 90-day warranty.
Launch
The switch to running live, role-based training, and a go-live runbook, released only once go-live sign-off is complete against your starting numbers.
Hypercare
The final four weeks of the Build, included in the fixed fee: elevated support, daily usage monitoring, fast-cycle fixes, and adoption triage.
Warranty
If something we built does not perform to specification, we fix it at no additional cost for the full 90 days after go-live sign-off.
Where the Build's promise ends, honestly
Acceptance is against the agreed specification and your starting numbers. Business outcomes are measured through Outcome Assurance and Activation. The Build does not promise them.
The Outcome Spec, re-confirmed
At go-live sign-off the Outcome Spec is checked against what was delivered. Any variance is traced to a named assumption in the log.
What the Build costs
Fixed fee, paid by milestone as each is accepted.
Most Builds land between $50,000 and $150,000, depending on the systems in play. The Transformation Blueprint sets the exact figure.
Simple workflows in weeks. Complex ones within 90 days.
Twenty-two years of building the systems large operations run on stand behind every Build - See the systems we have built.
The project was delivered on time and the business, the team and our customers were happy with the results.
Where the Build fits in the Work Redesign System
The Build is the second phase of step two. The Transformation Blueprint plans and prices it. Step one prepares your data and security; step three keeps what the Build launches paying off.

When to start here
Start here when
You want an agent, a copilot or an automation your people will use every day
A pilot worked in a demo and has to reach real volume inside your systems
You have a spec and want a fixed price and a launch date
You want the Build's price and plan before you commit to building
Start somewhere else when
You have not picked the workflow. Start with AI Jumpstart
Security or data access is the open question. Start with the AI Foundations Blueprint
You want a consumer product, a device, or a reporting program with no workflow decision at the end. That is work we do not take on.
You want an agent that acts with nobody accountable for what it does. A person stays in the loop on every solution we ship.
What buyers ask before a Build
No, and it is in your interest. The Blueprint is two weeks. It writes down your starting numbers, fixes the Build's price and carries the Acceptance Guarantee, so you commit with the full number in hand. A finished spec makes Week 1 faster. It does not remove it.
Both, and the workflow decides which. Where a product you already own does the job, we configure and connect it. Where it does not, we build the component. Either way the solution runs inside your systems, in your cloud and your repository, with no Architech platform to lock into.
Azure and Anthropic's Claude by default, in your own cloud tenancy. We can work within Google Cloud or AWS where your data residency or existing platform requires it. The model is chosen for the task, and you own the code and the repository.
The Build is scoped from the Blueprint's sequencing plan, so timing depends on the workflow. Simple workflows ship in weeks. Complex ones are delivered within 90 days. Ninety days is the outer bound, not the typical duration, and the Blueprint gives you the fixed number before the Build begins.
The warranty runs for 90 days after the workflow goes live and is signed off. If something we built does not perform to the agreed specification, we fix it at no additional cost. The four weeks of Hypercare sit inside that window. The warranty covers defects and non-conformances against the specification, not changes to the business outcome the workflow is meant to influence.
