Priced to the outcome
Once the plan is set, the build and the ongoing work are priced to scope. Cost depends on the number of workflows, systems in play, and the depth of integration required. The Transformation Blueprint measures where things stand today and sets the acceptance criteria, which is what makes these numbers precise. Reuse is not a discount, it is a lower starting cost: our accelerators bring patterns we have already built, so budget goes to the parts that are new.
Workflow Transformation Build
The second step of Workflow Transformation, committed only after the Blueprint is accepted. We build the redesigned workflow and put it to work in your live operation, using the plan and the starting measurements from the Blueprint. Simple workflows take weeks, complex ones up to 90 days. Fixed fee, paid in stages as each one is accepted.
Most Builds land between $50,000 and $150,000 depending on the systems in play. The Blueprint produces the fixed number - you see it in full before committing a dollar to the Build.

Workflow Activation
The workflow is live; Activation makes the outcome durable. Two tiers, Operate and Scale: we help your team keep using it, keep watching the results, and keep it running well, plus look for the next workflow worth doing. It is not bug-fixing - anything that breaks during the warranty is on us as part of the Build.

Three ways. The fixed-scope engagements (AI Jumpstart from $22,500, the Transformation Blueprint from $28,300, and the standalone AI Foundations Blueprint from $9,900) carry a published starting price. The Build itself is a fixed fee set by the Transformation Blueprint's sequencing plan. Ongoing Workflow Activation is a per-workflow monthly retainer from $2,500. All figures are CAD, plus HST.

It applies to the Transformation Blueprint only. Acceptance criteria are agreed with your sponsor in Week 1, and if the Blueprint's outcomes are not accepted at the end, there is no fee. It is scoped deliberately to the Blueprint; it does not attach to the Build, to Activation, or to any downstream business result we do not control.
A per-workflow monthly retainer from $2,500, in two tiers. Operate keeps a live workflow adopted, measured, and governed. Scale adds a scouting cadence that finds and sequences the next workflow. Activation begins when the Build's Hypercare ends; it is not launch support, and defects during the warranty period belong to the Build.
The fixed-scope engagements are fixed-price. The Build is a fixed fee, set from the Transformation Blueprint's sequencing plan rather than quoted as an open-ended estimate, and it is paid in stages, with each stage paid only once you accept it. Scoped delivery and Activation retainers are quoted per engagement against the workflows and systems in play.
The Build is committed only after the Transformation Blueprint, because the Build's fixed number comes out of it. Without the Blueprint there are no confirmed starting numbers, no acceptance criteria, and no sequencing plan to price against, so a Build quoted cold would be an estimate rather than a fixed fee. The Blueprint is what makes the Build's price precise and the Acceptance Guarantee possible.
