Workflow Transformation Sprint

Deploy workflows that produce measurable results. A three to four week sprint that produces the plan of record with named owners, baselines, and acceptance criteria. Acceptance criteria are agreed in Week 1, and there is no fee if outcomes are not accepted.

Priced to the outcome
Once the plan is set, the build and the ongoing work are priced to scope. Cost depends on the number of workflows, systems in play, and the depth of integration required. The Transformation Sprint establishes the baselines and acceptance criteria that make these estimates precise.
Workflow Transformation (build)
The production build that follows the Transformation Sprint. Architech builds the workflows into production using the same architecture and baselines established during the sprint, typically scaled and adopted within 90 days. Sprint and build are sold separately.
