The Build is priced by the Transformation Blueprint, from your workflow, your systems and the numbers it captured. Activation is a monthly retainer per workflow. Where we have built the pattern before, our accelerators lower the starting cost, so your budget goes to what is new.
Workflow Transformation Build
The second phase of Workflow Transformation. We build the redesigned workflow and put it to work in your live operation, against the plan and the starting numbers from the Transformation Blueprint. Simple workflows take weeks; complex ones up to 90 days.
Most Builds land between $50,000 and $150,000, depending on the systems in play. The Transformation Blueprint sets the exact figure.

Payment is by milestone, each released when you accept that milestone. A Build quoted without a Blueprint would be an estimate, which is why we do not sell one.
The Transformation Blueprint only. Acceptance criteria are agreed with your sponsor in Week 1. If the Blueprint's outcomes are not accepted at the end, there is no fee. It does not attach to the Build, to Activation, or to any downstream business result we do not control.
